How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will be sent an order confirmation via email or text. Once the order has shipped from our facilities, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes the USPS or UPS tracking number. You can track the package by visiting USPS or UPS.

 

What is the exchange or return policy?

Can I change my order or my shipping or billing information once the order is placed?

Once the order is placed, the information is automatically submitted into our system. If the order has begun processing, you may not be able to change the details of the order. However, if you have entered an incorrect address or shipping method, please contact customer service as soon as possible by email at shop@skidznyc.com

 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Army/Fleet Post Offices.

 

What if your package is undeliverable or returned?

If USPS or UPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Skidz is not liable for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier (which includes any unpaid customs or taxes). In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
